Homeless Complaint in the city….

So we received a Call of a complaint regarding someone sleeping by the Flood wall. After being notified we had a talk with this individual They are from CA and only been there not even 2 days before complaints came in and people taking pictures of the mess instead of talking to her to see the needs. We delivered a Sleeping bag and encouraged her to go into the shelter but she continued to refuse. We continue to work with them and also we asked if she could clean up her area and she did. Instead of taking pictures and talking about it at meetings Offer some direction we checked on them again today doing ok will see them again tomorrow. We ask that you all keep her in your prayers
